Our initial step is to analysis where you are and where you want to go. It is critical to be very clear on the final target.
We will work with your team of subject matter experts to review each business area to:

  • Gather requirements
  • Identify any gaps in functionality
  • Research remedies with third-party add-ons, customisations, or business process changes to fill the gaps
  • We document everything and provide you with the documentation
  • This helps us understand why and how we setting up your system and we have made certain decision, modified your system for future reference
  • Understand your business
    • If we do not understand your business, how can we provide guidance.
    • Keep it simple.
    • Remove the acronyms that have taken over the software and business world. Alphabet soup.
  • Review and question your business processes. Can we improve, streamline your business.
  • Adding software to a bad business process only creates bad data faster.
  • We take it slow. We implement in phases; we include your team.

Development

We do our best to limit the number of customisations to your system, but this is not always an option. In the situation where customisations are required, we will analysis the changes, discuss them with you and document how the modification will be developed.
This documentation will always be provided to our customer.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV is a highly configurable, flexible system.

However, there are times when customers seek specific functionality that is not available in the base system. Added functionality can help them respond faster to customers, adapt to changing markets, integrate with other applications, and access additional information for better decisions.

When customers request customization, our first step is to ensure that they benefit from the rich functionality already in their Business Central/NAV ERP (users may be unaware of its capabilities). Often a slight change in a business process might resolve the issue without customizations. If these options can’t provide the desired outcome, we’ll check if any third-party add-ons fill the gap.

After determining that an adequate solution does not already exist, we proceed with custom development. For transparency, we always include documentation of the changes that were made. This documentation is included to provide everything that a Business Central/NAV technical resource would need to know to maintain or modify that customization.

Training is a critical step in the implementation of a new software system. New software can sometimes be overwhelming for even the most experienced employee and we understand the importance training as a means to empower your employees and give them confidence.
We work with your team to determine the best training option that caters to different learning styles or circumstances. We use your data and tailor the training to address topics that are specific to your business needs.

Since we document all our of implementations, we can quickly review the documentation and respond to your needs.

Once implemented, our expert support staff will provide ongoing training and issue resolution so that anytime there’s a question about how something works, we’re just a phone call or email away.
